Refund policy for buyer is based on mutual understanding of both the parties, ASPL will refund the amount if work is not started with deduction of amount based on time and efforts spent on client or requirement.
AMC paid to ASPL from buyer for the use of given services for a period of 1 year is non-refundable .services of buyer can be terminated with or without any cause and all legal hassles will be subject to matter for pune jurisdiction, grounds termination can also include – any unethical business practices, any complaint from buyers , misuse of data or ASPL portal for any such establishment of another market place portal , any ill business practices defined by Indian court of law. Any such company / firm establishment can be terminated for the period of 3 years on mentioned above grounds or fraudulent practices on or off ASPL portal.
