Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services across various digital channels. The role involves overseeing online marketing strategies, improving brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers. The Digital Marketing Executive must have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
  • Develop and manage the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule regular posts, monitor audience engagement, and manage paid social media campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behaviour using tools like, Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
  • Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, build relationships, and retain customers.
  • Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure lead quality.
  • Continuously research new strategies and platforms to improve campaign performance and stay competitive in the market.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and MailChimp.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
